Flash Points Program

Earning Flash Points

  1. How to Earn: Users can earn Flash Points from time to time at events determined at Flash’s discretion
  2. Transaction Requirements: You will receive Flash Points only upon successful completion of an e-commerce transaction (after delivery confirmation email is received from the merchant on your Flash.Co ID).
  3. No Purchase of Points: Flash Points cannot be purchased using fiat currency or any other payment method. They are awarded purely for platform participation.

Redeeming Flash Points

  1. Redemption Options: Flash Points can be redeemed for:
    • Discounts on partner brands
    • Coupons and e-vouchers
    • Gift cards
    • Other benefits available on the Platform
  2. Redemption Rules:
    • Benefits can only be redeemed once and cannot be reused
    • Benefits cannot be combined or clubbed together
    • Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash
    • Benefits are non-transferable to other users
    • Each benefit requires entering the correct redemption code

General Terms 

  1. Company Rights: The Company reserves the right to:
    • Change Flash Points earning rates at its discretion
    • Disqualify users for misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity
    • Modify or discontinue the Flash Points program
    • Reverse Flash Points for policy violations
  2. No PPI: The Company does not operate a prepaid payment instrument (PPI). Flash Points redemption does not constitute withdrawals from a PPI.
  3. Liability:
    • Benefits are complementary in nature
    • No service deficiency or compensation claims can be made against the Company
    • The Company is not liable for partner brand product quality, delivery, or after-sales service
    • The Company is not responsible for delays in benefit delivery by partner brands
  4. Force Majeure: Benefits may be withdrawn due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Company's control.
